CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the executive responsible for all technology, product engineering, data operations, customer success implementation, and technical delivery for Nila Solutions. The CTO oversees the full lifecycle of Nila’s digital ecosystem and how it is further part of Tipco Asphalt’s full solutions ecosystem.
The CTO supervises and coordinates three major functions:
Product Development
Data & Operations
Solutions Implementation & Customer Success
This role reports directly to the General Manager and is a key driver of Nila Solutions’ scalability, quality, and long-term technology vision.

• Define and own the product roadmap for software and platform development in alignment with company vision and strategy.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements on time and within scope.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and field teams to prioritize features and improvements.
• Prioritize features, bug fixes, and technical improvements to maximize product impact and user satisfaction.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to guide product decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, documentation, training, and post-launch monitoring.
• Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software or platform development.
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced tech environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, developers, and business stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS products, APIs, or B2B platforms.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
Technical background or hands-on experience with software development.
