PRODUCT DESIGNER

  • The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user centric designs across all digital products within the NILA platform, including SaaS applications and

    integrated ML features. This role blends UX research, UI design, and product thinking to ensure that the

    digital experience aligns with business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs. The Product

    Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, customer success, and partners to

    define problem statements and deliver scalable, delightful solutions. The role also focuses on improving

    product usability, maintaining a cohesive design system, and continuously validating design outcomes

    through user testing and analytics.

  • • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution for web and mobile interfaces

    • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate hypotheses

    • Translate product requirements and use cases into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

    • Design and deliver user flows, interaction patterns, and interface elements with a mobile responsive mindset

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation

    • Design and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform

    • Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and product analytics

    • Advocate for users’ needs in product strategy discussions and contribute to user journey

    • Ensure accessibility and inclusiveness in design decisions (WCAG compliance awareness)

    • Partner with ML and data teams to ensure that AI outputs and insights are presented in a user friendly and actionable way

    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output

    • Document and communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Support marketing and customer success teams with branded UX/UI assets, onboarding flows, and product tours

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously apply them to elevate the NILA platform

    • Contribute to brand identity consistency across digital channels

  • • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design, BA or related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design in a tech-driven environment

    • Proven portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and end-to-end project involvement

    • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating findings into design iterations

    • Ability to balance design quality with business objectives and technical constraints

    • Experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B platforms, or data-heavy applications is a plus

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

    • Knowledge of agile development processes and working within cross-functional sprint cycles

    • Positive, “can-do,” eager-to-learn attitude, Problem Solving/Analysis and Results Driven

    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Able to work Overtime/weekend if required
