    We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and hands-on intern to help us create content that makes our company more engaging, visible, and attractive to future talent. This role is not just about making posts — it’s about shaping how people see our brand, culture, and workplace.

    As a People & Brand Communication Intern, you will support projects across HR communication, employer branding, and brand awareness, while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital communication. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real campaigns, contribute fresh ideas, and build a portfolio you can be proud of.

  • • Create content for social media, HR communication, employer branding, and brand awareness campaigns

    • Design eye-catching visuals for posts, stories, presentations, and internal communication materials

    • Support the production of photo, video, and short-form content for company branding and recruitment-related communication

    • Contribute ideas and storytelling that make NILA more relatable and appealing to emerging talent and future candidates.

    • Help create content that reflects our company culture, work environment, and employee experience

    • Assist with social media planning, content scheduling, and engagement tracking

    • Turn ideas into creative content that feels fresh, relevant, and on brand

    • Join brainstorming sessions and help bring new campaign ideas to life

  • • Students in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Marketing, Media, HR, Branding, or related fields

    • Someone who enjoys creating, designing, editing, storytelling, and exploring trends

    • Interested in social media, employer branding, HR communication, and digital content

    • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs

    • Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as current content trends

    • Creative, proactive, and excited to bring new ideas to the table

    • Have access to your own laptop

    • You’ll build a portfolio with content you can showcase

    • You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR content, branding, and digital communication
