  • • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

    • Support the analysis of processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

    • Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support business cases.

    • Prepare and maintain clear documentation, such as requirement specifications, process maps, and user stories.

    • Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and project teams.

    • Support testing and validation of new features, products, or system enhancements.

    • Collaborate with the sales, operation team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Support analysis of the customer journey from onboarding to adoption, engagement, and feedback.

    • Assist in gathering and structuring customer feedback to identify recurring themes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

    • Help document customer touchpoints and work with the CS team to improve customer experience.

  • • A uni student or fresh grad in Business, Engineering, Communications, or similar.

    • Loves organizing, planning, and making sure stuff gets done.

    • Can write and speak clearly in Thai + English.

    • Comfortable with Google Docs, PowerPoint, or anything that gets the job done.

    • Doesn’t panic in a fast-paced environment — thrives in it.

    • Wants to learn how a tech company is actually run.
